What happens after you claim
- 1 We verify you're associated with the business — typically by checking that your email matches the business domain or by a brief callback.
- 2 You receive a magic link to your vendor inbox at
lumbr.me/vendor/[your-slug]/inbox. - 3 You can see buyer leads routed to you, contact buyers directly, and flag corrections to your profile.
- 4 Claiming is free. Lumbr does not charge vendors to list or to receive buyer messages.
What we publish
Lumbr profiles draw from publicly available information only. We publish:
- Business name, address, and phone (if publicly listed)
- Business email (only if displayed on your public website)
- Homepage URL
- Product categories and wood species (derived from your public site)
- Inventory items (only if your site exposes them in a structured, publicly accessible format)
We do not scrape login-gated content, private quote pages, or wholesale portals. We do not publish personal home addresses or personal phone numbers.
Correction requests
See something wrong on your listing — wrong address, outdated phone, incorrect category? Email hello@lumbr.me with the correction. Include the business name and the field you want changed. We aim to process corrections within five business days.
